SS/RHP Sansom Faltine Pulls the Trigger Class of 2019

Sanson(Sammy) Faltine was on campus yesterday on his visit, 2nd time he has been on campus. Earlier this afternoon he pulls the trigger.

Sammy is a 6-2 160lb shortstop/right handed pitcher that plays at William B. Travis High School and for the Houston Banditos. The coaching staff have been on him since he was a pup. He is rated as the #2 shortstop in the State of Texas and #9 overall for his class.

This is the video that I shot during one of the College Camp out in Tomball last December.

Seems early but I think it is easier to project baseball players than football players. Some kids just have it.

Great Kid from a great family!!

This young man has a great swing, and he is one big bundle of quick twitch muscles.

One thing I remember about the great Texas National Championship Team with Huston Street was the great short stop-second base combo. Very little got by them because their reactions and eye-hand coordination was incredible.
