Last seasons version of our Longhorns seemed to show some improvement, but it was an illusion. When it mattered, sorry bowl games don't count, the 2012 Longhorns were pitiful.

It's hard to sugar coat 63-21. Truth be told the team didn't show up. Put David Ash on all the All American watch lists but that day and others, he stunk. When you fall behind 36-2, I guess it's safe to say they all stunk. Including eternal sunshine pumper, Mack Brown.

Worse is Big Game Bob's Sooners are a team looking to lay down. All you have to do is look at the Notre Dame and Agie losses.

Notre Dame: The score is 10-6 Notre Dame at halftime. The Sooners are at home and never lose in Norman. The Irish outscore Stoops assholes 20-7 in the second half. ND hit them in the mouth and like they laid down.

ATM: Agie are up 14-13 at the half. Showing no character, the douche bags from Norman go out in the second half and get outscored 27-0. They destroy the Big XII in the process.

Do I sound bitter? Who me? No I am pissed off. I want to see more of this.

I want their children to grow up knowing they are losers. I want the entire state to suffer. I want these people to get so mad they quit breeding.

I am not looking for glory days. OK, that's a lie but I am willing to accept a win over Oklahoma, and I don't give a shit how they do it. I don't care if the refs F@#K the game in favor of Texas, I don't care if every Sooner player, worth a shit, gets injured. I don't care if a tornado hits their sidelines. F@#K, I don't care if the Sooners forfeit.

I just want a win and nothing less will do!

I'm done for this Saturday..but..next week I will take on these degenerate f##ks!

Our seasons have always been defined by the OU And A&M games... The last couple of years have been a downright embarrassment.. To the point i personally believe the team just wasnt mentally or physically prepared. I look at the rest of the big12 this year, and i see a chance to regain our glory. I dont want to hear from Mack this year, i want to see results... And it starts at he state fair... Hookem!

Will, if Texas loses to OU but wins every other game would you be satisfied with Mack?

But in the long run, if we get embarrassed for a third straight year like that... winning every other game to me really wouldnt matter.. You can not show up like its any other game, IT ISNT. It's Texas Ou... Its red river rivalry... Its everything... Show up.. Be competitive... Dont lay an egg. I can take a close loss, i cannot be embarrassed. The big 12 is wide open this year, there is no clear favorite.. We should RISE UP and take what is ours..

I'm right there with you. I think Mack leaves at the end of the season regardless so all of it might be moot. However, the damage the embarrassments year in an year out to OU in the RRR do to our recruiting MUST stop. For some reason Sooner comes out strong and hungry every year while we play not to lose instead of playing to win.

I want steamroller offense that kicks ass and takes names. Mack just hasn't been able to get the players up for this game. Coaching deficiency.

Even though it's in the middle of the year, the Texas/OU is like the final exam, to put it in collegiate terms.

If you ace every pop quiz and fail the final, you're probably failing the class. You sure as hell can't tell the professor, "But look how good I did on all the other tests!!" and expect any sympathy.

The Texas/OU game should be the same way.

Close losses will happen. OU is a foe we should respect, and there's nothing embarrassing about a close loss to a respectable foe. But not even showing up? That's utterly inexcusable.

Losing to OU this year would break the camel's back. A 4-streaker would be horrendous. BUT... Not sure if we should be more concerned with landthieves or K-State when it comes to retribution... The Wildcats have whipped our asses inside and out in the last 5 meetings. We focus on OU but Purple Wizard beats Mack's ass every year. Out-coaches the hell out of him too. Frankly I'm tired of losing to a team of JUCO players in the middle of shit nowhere Kansas.

Longhorns losing is one thing, but like uttailgaters, my concern is not showing up in these big games. Be it OU or KSU, we have not been competitive. Will that change? Until I actually see a change, I am not expecting much different this season.
