No joke, if Strong intends to run an uptempo power spread, why is Watson even receiving consideration? It's not his style. I know in the end my b**ching will have zero bearing on the final decision, but it sure makes me feel better.

The info is limited right now. People are tight lipped. I think what they are saying is Herman is obviously the top target and they have sources saying he would want the job

and accept it. They prob don't know if the offer is out or what stage this is. Sounds like will be known soon today or tomorrow. I think with the twitter clue the writing is on the wall but we will see

My #1 choice would now be Henson. Loved what he did at Mizzou last year. However, I'll gladly take Herman.

If Herman is the guy I'd like to see him use multiple backs and spread the carries around a little more. Looking at the stats it looks like 1 RB is heavily featured and the guy with the 2nd most carries is the QB. The next closest guys are usually well behind them in carries.

Are they gonna swing for the fences on any of these hires? At the very least I'd hoped they'd go for a genuine spread guy. Now it looks like we're stuck with Watson and his boring a** offense.
