Big pick up, IMO. Another diamond in the East Texas rough. Bullard is kind of on an island between Jacksonville and Tyler. You don't offer a 2017 TE unless he's special, IMO.

The QB that throws to him does indeed get the ball to him but I find myself in bodily gestures trying to help him throw the ball when watching clips. lol  Maybe that speaks to how good the TE really is?

I hear Jeff Traylor is claiming all of East Texas for the Longhorns. Call him butter, because he's on a roll.
