Saw this video earlier and I felt bad for Mack. Can you imagine every coach having to justify a recruit they didn't pursue after the player has a good game? It is complete garbage and I'm sick and tired of the crap. I am just as critical of Mack as the next guy and I think he does less with more, but this Jameis Winston stuff is ridiculous.

Kid was halfway into the major leagues before deciding to play football at FSU. It's a fallacy about him playing at Texas. If people want to criticize Mack, criticize him for all the other stuff and not "phantom recruiting stories."

These are the things that happen when you have a few subpar years. Mack handles it as well as anyone can, but he would be the first to tell you, if we went 11-2, the past couple of years, no one would bother with the pointed attacks.

No doubt but this is nothing but "fetching" for stuff and piling on Mack unfairly. We've had a few crappy years but Mack's STILL our coach and I support him on this.

As i do... Its very hard for to make sense of some of the things that have occurred on the field, but then again, we are just fans, media, etc.. The one constant through macks tenure is how well hes developed these kids into young men. We dont have scandal after scandal like so many other major universities.
