Former Texas quarterback James Street has passed away this morning at his home in Austin. Street was a member of Darrell K,. Royal's 1969 Championship team and one hell of a quarterback.
Street's son Huston was a member of the 2002 UT College World Series Championship team and had this to say about his dad's passing:
“My father left us this morning, and we’re trying to gather our thoughts,†“That’s all I can say at this time.â€
