I'm glad that UT and ND are finally getting back to playing one another. I remember a car full of UT friends making a long drive to South Bend. They arrived early Friday morning, Lone Star beer was being served at the 'Backer and Senior Bar "on the house", and it was full-throttle for the whole weekend. I'll give it to those 'Horns - they knew how to sustain a party.
It's going to be a great time in 11 days. I'm no longer 21 years old, and some of the crew will not be making it, but it is one of the great matchups of college football this season.
I cannot wait to see if J Gray can run on the ND defense - with the likes of future NFLers like Sheldon Day and Jaylon Smith on the roster. This defense could be the best that UT faces this entire season.
And I really cannot wait to see Swoopes try to throw against that D.
