I've been fortunate to been able to watch this young man on two different occasions..

Here is his scouting report from Perfect Game;

Stone Garrett is a 2014 OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Sugarland, TX who attends George Ranch HS. Loose athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 6.79 runner, shows very good range and jumps in the outfield, speed plays up defensively, loose arm action, can improve arm strength with better footwork. Right handed hitter, upright stance, quick swing with dominant top hand, ball jumps hard when squared, hard line drive contact, gap power. Good student.
He is rank #2 in the State and 16th Nationally...

SS: How has this past year been for you?SG: The year has been really busy. Right now I am in North Carolina competing in the Tournament of Stars for Team USA. Also, in the next couple weeks I should be committing to play college baseball at either Texas, Texas A&M, or Rice. It has been a busy year, but I’m really looking forward to the Area Code events and all they have to offer.

Soon enough, Stone Garrett will be on his own. He expects to pick a college in the next few weeks, and is down to Rice, Texas and Texas A&M.

Please dear goodness let Texas land him. Let's put a little more meat on his bones and let him hammer away!

At one point, I would have thought he was a Texas lean... Now, not too sure..
