The Texas Longhorns are back on the hardwood on Tuesday night after having their last two games canceled due to their opponents (Iowa State and TCU) dealing with COVID-19 issues.  Fifth ranked Texas will host #24 Oklahoma at the Frank Erwin Center but they will do so without head coach Shaka Smart, who recently tested positive for COVID.

Texas won their last contest which was 10 days ago, defeating Kansas State in Austin 82-67.

Greg Brown and Kai Jones did not play against the Wildcats, as they were held out due to COVID-19 protocols.  Both will be available tonight, but several players will not play in the matchup against OU.

This game is sh*tshow. 11 fouls called in the first 3 minutes of the 2nd half.

We’re looking super sloppy and GB just tipped in a basket for OU.

Also, we have our head coach, two starters, and a solid bench player out. Plus, we have 3 guys with 4 fouls with 15 min left in the half.

How come we have a head coach, 2 starters and a strong bench player out but still have to play, but other teams were allowed to have games against us postponed because of the same thing?

You have to play if you can field a team

and it's still a 1-pt game.

We rallied, but it is/was too late.

That might have been the most impotent last shot attempt I’ve ever seen.
