#4 Ohio State at #5 Indiana - Indiana has struggled against decent teams. They find a way to win but the Buckeyes are another breed. They may meet again in the CCG but this week, I'm picking OSU
Virginia at #24 SMU - I still think SMU has a shot at making the playoffs. They just need to win. I'm giving them the nod this week.
#16 Mississippi State at #22 LSU - the Bengal Tigers are tough at home. Miss State has visions of playoffs but that's all they'll get are visions. LSU wins this one and knocks those visions out of the Bulldog's heads.
#6 Alabama at #14 Tennessee - Don't know if Texas is back, but 'Bama is. They will hand the Volunteers their 2nd loss and put them on the verge of eliminating them from the playoffs.
#13 Missouri at #9 Ole Miss - 2 more teams with dreams of playoffs. Loser is out of playoff contention. Winner keeps dreaming for another week. Ole Miss is tough at home. Both QBs are experienced, but the Tigers run the ball more effectively. The college game is all about the QB, but man if you can run the ball and eat clock, you'll be in every game. I'll take the underdog in this one.
#2 Notre Dame at #8 BYU - The Fighting Irish have yet to be challenged. Can the Cougars run the ball against Notre Dame? That's the question. If BYU can run the ball, the game will come down to the wire. I'm just not sure they have the firepower to stop the Irish especially with Sitake taking changes on 4th down. I'll go with the Irish in a tight game.
#15 Kentucky at Oklahoma - 0uSux offense isn't very good. Kentucky can score points given a chance. If the Wildcats can play no turnover ball, this game is theirs.
#18 Oklahoma State at #20 Houston - After opening the season losing to Tulsa, Okie State has tore through their schedule averaging over 40 points a game. The Cowboys will have to stop the Cougars running game if they have any chance of winning this game. This game is a toss up but I'm going with Weigman and the Cougars.
Wisconsin at #12 UCLA - UCLA, has this pretender become a contender? Beating the Ducks on the road could move them to the contender side. Wisky on the other hand really hasn't beaten anyone. With the Badgers having to travel all the way to the west coast, I'm taking the home team.
Arkansas at Vanderbilt - Here's a chance for one of these teams to win a conference game. Will it be the Razorbacks or the Commodores? Who cares. That's right, this is the who cares game of the week. I'll take the home team.
TIE BREAKER – Guess the score of the Florida at #7 Texas game.
This game comes down to the play of Manning. The Defense only game up 13 points last week, but special teams and the offense handed 0uSux 14 poiints. The defense again will hold the opponents to 14 or under points. Can the Longhorns not beat themselves?
Texas 27 - Florida 14
