Listening to Coach Strong, I have a great degree of confidence in him. I think he will shut up a lot of the "negative nellies" by the quality of the product (team) that he puts on the field. This man is extremely confident with no hint of arrogance or entitlement. COACH CHARLIE STRONG is the REAL DEAL!!!! This "MAN" will right the ship and shut up the naysayers.

I loved how he mentioned he was going to meet individually with each player and let them know what his goals were, but what struck me and what I found a little more important, was that he wanted to know what the goals of each of his players is. He also said he wants to know why they are here.

This tells me that right off the bat he is going to be holding these guys accountable. He doesn't just want to sit the players down and give them a speech, he wants to hear what they are about and where their priorities are. I bet he is even taking notes when he meets with each of him, notes that he will use to keep the players accountable. Making sure he helps them meet their goals and keeps them on track for accomplishing the things each player wants. Not only that, he will be able to start evaluating which players have their minds and priorities in the right place.

I am excited to see where CS takes this team!!!
