Breaking Bad .. Mack Brown Channels Walter White

I just watched the third to last episode of Breaking Bad. Don't worry I won't give away any secrets.

There was a part in there where Walt was talking to his wife Skyler. She had just found out something really bad, and he kept telling her:

I can fix this Skyler. I can fix this.

Then I thought of Mack Brown and his pathetic response to a question abut whether the season was over? His response:

We can get this righted by winning the Big XII.

I wondered at the time which guy was the most desperate and delusional? I still wonder?

It's obvious you have not seen tonights episode? Hard to see how this can be fixed? That's why I thought of Mack. Does he really believe? I think not. I see a guy who has lost his mo jo and is questioning everything but himself. He just can't change.

Today I was in a Twitter conversation about Mack vs John Mackovic. I will never forget the call against Nebraska. Fourth and one. John goes for it.

Can anyone imagine Mack going for anything. He played Case McCoy the entire game and never for a second thought of changing things up. I also think he has stifled his assistant coaches. I will never believe Major Applewhite is that boring.
