Baylor's Last Play

I have no idea and I think he should have been rewarded the int.

 
I didn't see it completely, but I think he may have dropped the ball going out of bounds. Again, I didn't get a clean look at it, but he didn't get up with the ball.

After watching 24 replays, he most definitely, absolutely, without question had complete control of the ball and remained in bounds. Actually, I could tell after 1 replay, but I just loved watching it over and over.
