Texas opens its season tonight against UT-Rio Grand Valley at the Frank Erwin Center.  The Longhorns have won 18-straight home openers and are 94-20 overall in season openers.

As mentioned in the season preview article by Kyle Carpenter, Shaka Smart's team returns 100% of its starters from last season. Greg Brown, the 5-star freshman from Vandegrift High School, will make his debut in burnt orange as well.

Guess I didn't realize that Greg Brown is the only new recruit this year. Be that said, he's a good one!
