Just did a spreadsheet combining ESPN, Rivals, Scout and 247 national rankings. Methodology was to give 300 points to the top rated player in each of the services.  Since ESPN and Scout rate 300 players, Rivals rates 250 and 247 rates 247 I didn't any other way to give points to all of the ESPN...
