Of the six major bowl games, which is your favorite? Most prestigious?

What is you favorite non-BCS bowl game Texas played in? Mine has to be the 2007 Holiday Bowl against Arizona State and the referees. The crazy sideline interference call was nuts. I still don't think Mack's son-in-law (?) touched that ball.

The Cotton Bowl game that Roy Williams went off vs LSU was before the Cotton was a BCS bowl. I'm counting that as my answer here.
