I'm so glad the ladies finished off aggy and made it to Oklahoma. I'm perfectly fine if they were to lose to Stanford, OUSux, LSU or any other team because this team is young and still learning. With that said, I would much rather them win it all. Just thankful they knocked out aggy.

Who will start vs Stanford. Who ofthe 4 has best chance of winning. No secert who tree hugger
s will go with.

Stanford will be a tough game. Their pitcher is really really good. It will be interesting who Coach White thinks matches up the best with Stanford.

Run rule takes affect and the Horns win in 5 , 10-0. Two games and allowed no runs, in the college World Series!! These aren’t patsy teams. Great pitching and excellent hitting.

Obviously a good place to be in, 2-0 and in the catbird seat. Stanford and UCLA play in the elimination game tomorrow and would then have to beat Texas twice on Monday. UCLA has two good pitchers who would likely share pitching duties - nothing to be too afraid. Stanford's Canady could probably pitch 2 of those 3 games but I think it's a stretch for her to throw 3 games in 2 days.

I would like to take a moment and thank lady aggy for lighting a fire under this team for the WCWS. That series went a long way into preparing these girls for a run like this. Not over, but off to a great start. One more then it's dreaded OU (we all know it will be them).

I really thought we should be 2 overall seed and ou the 1. But would love to settle this in the finals!

So if Florida beats ou today and it looks very possible , they play the deciding game tomorrow.

If Stanford beats Texas this evening, they play another game tonight. Anyone have a clue why they wouldn’t play the deciding game tomorrow after the Florida/ou game?

Blow U and Florida had the "if" game if needed right after the first game. Because of the weather delay and the Tx game they moved both "if" games to tomorrow

I was just coming on here to ask the same question. To be fair, Stanford is likely starting Canady in game one and if they happen to pull it out then I don't think she would be effective in a second game. So, it might be in favor of Texas to play tonight....if needed.
