Most of these commitment announcements are the worst kept secrets. I like that he has created some actual suspense,particularly when we are playing with aggy house money.

He could definitely be planning to stick it to Texas and then A&M gets to crow about a head-to-head recruiting win, but there's major FOMO with these kids to be a Longhorn right now and the Ags don't have much to sell.

My suspicion is that the Smith commitment caught his eye being a fellow East Texas kid, and both being Ag commitments for a long time.

It would be pretty funny, though, if he stayed with A&M after calling Texas his "dream school" and then he has to explain that to a bunch of Ags.

They hired him because he does graphics for recruits across the country and gets a ton of inside info.

If Evans is having him to do a graphic to announce he's sticking with A&M, then congrats to the Ags for keeping him I guess.
