2022 Texas Portal News

You do realize that even if he were 5'11, he'd still look down at Diamante.

So are we suggesting that Diamante is another Samurai Mike? It keeps coming up so I'm asking so I can get rid of my skepticism.
That would be nice.

Depth, I can agree with. And if he turns out to shoot fire out his ass while clobbering opposing tailbacks, I'll gladly admit I underestimated him.
I think he has to be better depth and better than Brockermeyer and Bush.

If he can come in and fill the role as either a middle and strong side lb to go with Gbenda, Richardson, and Ford. Then we can maybe have better lb play then what we have seen in a few years.

can somebody tell me when is the latest a guy could enter the portal and still play this year for the new team?

I think it was back in May, too. You have to have a special waiver otherwise.
"The deadline for players to transfer and be eligible for the 2022 season was May 1. Davis will have to apply for a waiver from the NCAA if he transfers to another school, which would help him with the process. He has graduated from UNT."

Seems like they are just running with Gerry’s post. With no added sourcing about Addison being happy.

So, is the speculation that Lincoln may have over promised  and under delivered yet again? I’m shocked, I’m stunned, I’m in disbelief.?
If this is true, it's a good example of how the lack of structure surrounding NIL hurts players. Addison has no real recourse in this scenario.
