Omaha Opener: #2 Texas vs. #7 Mississippi State Game Thread

Bednar wasn’t himself last weekend and I was wondering if Texas was catching him at a bad time with the potential of a big bounce back. He definitely is dealing early.

Bednar Ks the side again.  He now has 13 Ks on the night.

Texas hitters are swinging a missing a lot, and look out of sync.  Bednar really mixing his pitches well.  He's not overpowering, sitting 81-85 on the slider and 88-93 on the FB.  Texas hitters are guessing.

Horns trail 2-0 thru 5 complete.
