***⛑ Coronavirus Thread***

I tested positive on the 29th. So far I’ve lost sense of smell and taste. I have a slight cough and have had some body aches. If this is the worst of it then it really hasn’t been very bad
Get well soon. I had it and it was not bad.

I saw headlines today, but didn’t get to read the article, that 2 gorillas, I believe at San Diego Zoo, tested positive for COVID.

I found the article on the gorillas. Yes, it was San Diego.

This article is even more amazing. However, I also understand the strain doctors are under. I made a remark one time, saying I was tired of wearing a mask all the time.

At school, masks are difficult because my voice is not loud, and sometimes it’s difficult to speak loud enough.

My daughter said she understood, she is tired of seeing people die and feeling helpless to do anything.

That made me think.

Schools should allow teachers to wear the clear face shields. I have a hard time hearing people talking through masks, too. Gotta be even tougher on the soft-spoken.

Well, I just tested positive. Feels like a mild case of the flu. Hopefully that's the worst of it. Didn't lose my sense of taste or smell.
