I like the idea of rounding off this class with transfers who may be on the 2 deep next year.

As I understand the rules Srs. like Brewer Schooler etc. can return and not count vs the 85 limit.

Does the sr. transfers count or not. Who counts vs the 25 a year limit?

Question for the board are the two recent transfers LBS or DL?

My understanding is that Coach K’s base defense is 2 DL (tackles) flanked by two hybrid DE/OLBs.  There are also 2 LBs off the line  

I’m thinking the transfers  are hybrid OLBs rather then ILB in coach K’s scheme.

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong (anyone).

On DE Garfield Lawrence of Tyler Legacy...IT saying they expect him to commit to Houston soon.

He apparently felt a bit overwhelmed at the thought of playing for Texas, especially with two veteran edge rushers transferring in.

If you're scared of playing time then you will never play. UH is probably a better fit for your mindset.

Exactly why. He can step right in at OU and replace Stevenson.
