That's what happens when you don't have a case a lawyer like this.Federal Court in PA dismissed another case. And they denied a motion to file an amended complaint. This was another huge loss. And there aren’t any other cases that would have an effect on the outcome of the election. I guess we have to wait to see what happens with the certifications in MI and PA. Although we really don’t have to wait. The outcome will be the same Biden wins. If the Republican state canvassers in MI don’t want to certify. It can go to the Republican courts there. Legally the canvassers have no standing to go against the well of the voters. And even still, the governor can relieve them of their duties and put in two people who will follow the rules. So MI won’t be happening. And the calls for an audit in MI cannot happen because their laws say an audit cannot be done until the results have been certified. So there goes MI. In PA, they cannot do anything because the state legislature has already said they’ve seen on fraud so they will follow the will of the voters. And there’s a Dem governor who would have to sign off on the electors. So there goes PA. So we are back to where every sane person knew we would be. President Elect Biden.
A "case" does not necessarily mean infectious or even enough of the virus to cause symptoms.A PCR test might find the virus it was looking for. This results in a PCR positive, but a crucial question remains: is this virus active, i.e. infectious, or virulent? The PCR alone cannot answer this question. The CEBM explains why culturing the virus is needed to answer this question:
“In viral culture, viruses are injected in the laboratory cell lines to see if they cause cell damage and death, thus releasing a whole set of new viruses that can go on to infect other cells.”
That is, if the PCR detects the virus in the human sample, this detection might correspond to a virus that is now incapable of infecting cells and reproducing. Biologists can tell if the virus is infectious by injecting it into cells (culture cells). If these cells
are not affected by the virus and the virus does not reproduce in them, then the PCR test found a virus that is no longer active.
The meaning is that the PCR positive is a non-infectious positive.
