Here in about 15 minutes the host sites will be announced on Twitter by the NCAA. The remainder of the field/matchups will be announced tomorrow on ESPNU.

Most all signs point to Texas being a host, likely as the #15 or #16 seed.

I’ll keep y’all updated as these are announced.

Here are the 31 automatic bids.

Here are your hosts (in no particular order)

Florida St

Stanford

NC State

Ole Miss

Minnesota

Texas Tech

East Carolina

Florida

Arkansas

Stetson

Oregon State

Coastal Carolina

Clemson

North Carolina

Georgia

We will find out tomorrow what the pecking order is and who the matchups will be

I hope to hell it’s announced on something other than Twitter. How juvenile.

Bear, like it or not, the social media thing reaches more people than ESPNU for things like this. It’s not going away. That said, tomorrow is on ESPNU.

Well it did not reach me on Twitter so it sucks.

Nothing reaches me on Twitter.

I don't tweet or facebook

I don’t Facebook, but Twitter is easy and noncommittal. You just create a handle and follow what you want. No obligation to respond. Pretty good source for up to the minute info.

I'm guessing #1 Texas. #2 seed UH. # 3 seed am. # 4 seed TSU.   Nothing to back this up just a guess !

I would be absolutely shocked to see three other Texas schools in this Regional. That’s not how the committee has worked in the past.

I would not be surprised to see either Auburn or LSU as the #2 seed in Austin. Also I wouldn’t be surprised to see A&M sent to NC, Minnesota or Corvallis, OR.
