He wrote one article about our DC going to SMU and then another about many players on the team and parents being unhappy. I don't know how to find them or link them if I did.

Liked how Herman addressed the Negative recruiting going on with the process of getting AA. Said luckily Orlando had such a strong relationship with him that when other schools were sending articles off the internet about what really goes on with the team. That they say is FACT because it’s on the Internet, Orlando could fend em off. Sounds like Riley negative recruiting to me. Just me jumping to conclusions though

Not to mention that he named names including Shane's dad. And that apparently didn't go over well as he shortly retracted the names. 

Plus the timing of the story was totally irresponsible/classless on his part. Just a day or two before the signing period started.

Everyone has their own agenda and it's not worth the effort ro talk with them.  We're there some kids and parents unhappy with Herman?  Absolutely.  Is it justified? Im sure it is in their minds.  This happens to me every year as a HS coach.  Kids expect to be day 1 starters even though I tell them that every year is a new competition. Im an asshole in their eyes because I play the hardest working kids and the ones that give you evedything they have day in and day out (even if they have a little less talent).  Helicopter parents are unhappy with me because "their kid is clearly better than that one".  I got to the point were I started recording practice without the kids knowing and showed some of the overbearing parents.  Crickets from them.  Bottom line is you cant please everyone and have to go with your philosophy.  I'm sure that's what Herman does.  

Also, If that article by Chip caused the Horns to lose out on a recruit then shame on Chip and shame on 247Sports for posting it. There is always two sides of the story and if your just focused on one negative aspect without reporting the other then that's horrible tradecraft and lazy, imo.  What about the other parents and players that are happy with Herman and his staff?  Thats right, that doesnt sell.

 I don't subscribe to OB. But on the shaggy someone posted that Anwar Richardson says that Bonito was about to commit to Texas when he received Chippy's  article from blow u's douch bag coach.
