Late inning shortcomings are mounting and no matter how a coaching staff or fan spins it, nothing positive comes from it.  Yes, UT did come back and tie the ballgame up, but those type of efforts need to be rewarded with a result.  If not, players start to doubt the process.  The only saving grace is that baseball is an individual sport where putting up numbers is important, and yes, every player knows his numbers.

I may not have always appreciated Mack Brown, but did respect how his teams played following a loss to rival, OU.  Augie and this team need to show up vs. Tulane this weekend and earn a sweep to gain momentum heading into conference play.
