I started my research in 2012. The Seahawk settlement was in 2006. I think the Buffalo settlement was prior to the Seahawks.
Since my research, Seattle has refused to renew their license, the university paid Chuckie Sonntag to remain silent and they settled with the Colts but didn't get a dime.

Believe what you want, but I am telling you, be patient.

Not good enough. Give us something tangible, some physical proof that aggy is losing this thing. Literally every step of the way A&M has come out on top and protected their brand.

Give me one shred of evidence that all of this work you've put in over the past 4 years has been detrimental to aggy. Put up or admit you're blowing smoke.

I published the original HS article in Oct of 2013. It hasn't been four years.

Maybe so. I read several Horn sites and I've seen him on several. He posts a bunch of blowhard stuff about how aggy this and aggy that.

He eventually gets laughed off of each board and moves onto another one, he's just looking for people to listen to him and give him attention.

I'm sick and tired of hearing how aggy is finally going down only to see that they've won another case, turned a profit at Kyle, etc.

Talk shit all you want, but at least have some physical evidence to back it up. I have yet to see a single bit from Duke.

At this stage, I have no control and absolutely no input into what is happening. Nor should I have. But just be patient.

This isn't about inter-school rivalries or petty jealousies. And because people are taking this very seriously, we all just need to let them do what they need to do.

If you've got something constructive to add to the other posts here, by all means, contribute.  To come on here and only flame a member who's been around here for quite some time is a bit much.

While he can be somewhat controversial at times, he does add good discussion for the most part.

I don't think he's asking you to post your info or that he's coming after you.

I think he's just asking you to get all your doubts, etc. on the record. He's suggesting you'll be wearing it before long.

Not that I care about aggy . . . to be honest, I think aggy has larger issues to worry about . . . , but it certainly seemed you misunderstood his post.

This is exactly where I stand. The issue of the 12th man and the trademark does not move my pulse one bit. Why anyone would get all riled up over this is beyond me. But to each their own I suppose.
