LSU 4

ULaLa 3

Fun game to watch that had some serious rainfall in later innings - they played through the weather and it fired up the Cajuns (both sides). Ragin' Cajuns homered in T9th to tie, then LSU homered in B9th to win.

Defending champs dominate despite playing in Champaign, and wearing these:

I think I'm going to have to mute the volume on the TCU aggy game. Announcers already going on rants about how aggy is a national power in college baseball. Give me a freaking break lmao

That aggy pitcher is either very small or he's wearing a abnormally large hat & glove. Have to give the kid credit though, he's pitching a good game.

Good bounce back victory for A&M. TCU stuck with their starter a little too long when they have Ferrell in the pen.

This is where pitching depth matters. TCU has two starters remaining with a 1.70 and 2.39 ERA . TCU probably has their best arm, MLB wise, in Alex Young still available (#32 prospect in the country). Ferrell, Burnett, Guillory, Teakell and Trielgaff should all be available out of the pen. My god TCU has a ton of arms.

Not sure who A&M will start, probably Stubblefield since he's a lefty.

If TCU loses this Super, they will look back at the 5th inning of the 2nd game when they had a man on 1st, a 3-2 count and the guy gets picked off trying to steal 2nd to make it 2 outs. The batter walks & the next batter singles which would have scored the runner had he not gotten picked off.

Yeah a couple base running mistakes in a game where another run probably wins it.

I would have brought Ferrell in the 10th and let him throw a few innings, but that's just me. Granted, he should be able to give TCU 2 to 4 innings tomorrow because he hasn't really been used. I think that's a game TCU wins if they let Ferrell work a few innings. Hard to blame Schlossnagle in that situation when Morrison was dealing and now having a huge advantage in the arms department for game 3.

Q to agmaniacmike or other.... Is Kent their best pitcher? Or?

I also noticed how that flat-straight cap bill looked and how youthful he looked, but steady nerves and steady control throughout his time on the mound. I predict a great future for him.

So anyone who knows... give info on Monday's pitching for A&M.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the first two games. Longhorns are taking a back seat on this go-round.

Wonder if Texas coaching staff is watching and taking notes...

Per the aggy web-site Kent is a JR with a record of 6-1 & a 3.74 ERA. Guy looks small for a JR but yes, he was nails today.

Have no idea who they will throw tomorrow.
