I dont know if it was clear on the "dad of the year' video, but that was his second time.
The original, where he shows off his KG tattoo and dance moves, was back in 2003 (the one where he is escorted up and out by ushers)
Then, this season, with KG returned to Minnesota, he went back with his two kids, who can be seen egging him on to get up and dance/expose himself. Even KG himself acknowledged him the second time.
I guess that was clear?
