Xavier Castille just committed to SMU. That really helps us with Warren. Our main competition is Washington, and they offered Warren's teammate Castille as a package deal.

Good point, they are BFF's. Meyer seems like he would be willing to help out Charlie with most anything (short of sending JT Barrett home).
The thing is, to me, it's a great idea and I am sure lots of coaching staffs are having a hard look at how tOSU finished the season. Happens every post season. But with their OL, Buckeye probably could have run most offenses and been successful. And that is still our weak link, until proven otherwise. The good news is that all our 2014 OLs redshirted and 4 of our 2015s OLs are EEs. More time, more competition all over the line. Still, we have a long way to go to catch 2014 tOSU.

The best thing about getting all these friend's together is that it builds INSTANT chemistry. They already know each others abilities and will push each other to be their best. A friend can get in your ear when you mess up without it going south usually.
The downside is if one of them breaks a core value and Strong has to dismiss him. That could have the potential to be very bad.
With my "Debbie Downer" moment out of the way I don't see it coming to that if they are all already friends from jump. If one starts to stray, he will have 15 guys that he respects telling him to get his shit together.
