I own a PC shop in Colorado I agree with Amazon. I would go with a Prime seller. With a Prime seller returns are a snap Amazon provides a shipping label for a free return. I buy 85% of my PC components from Amazon, and the other 15% from eBay. To name a couple of resellers I would recommend...
