Their called Ohio State, how many recruits in last year 2018 class are from Ohio?

Allotments paid to school from athletic companies come in cash and/or clothing and equipment.  The schools that have multiple uniforms most likely have a large clothing allowance.  Texas has one of the top cash contract in the country and doesn't need to spend there money on clown uniforms.
