Don't jump the gun and be pessimistic. We are in a transition period. Charlie will be able to change things, and you need to give him an opportunity, and even the kids we're signing, a change to perform.

To be honest it really doesn't matter about what went down during the interview process. Strong will prove to be a phenomenal choice. I believe he has a chip on his shoulder, and him/new staff are going to bust their tails.

Powers has no option but to accept who is chosen. He was almost ousted last month.

Well I'm sure that they fell comfortable with Strong and know that he will come. They're waiting for this weekend round of games to finish so they will be able to court everyone they feel could be the next coach.
