So what you are saying is that they do not re-seed once they get to the final 8? Because it appears it is set up for the SEC teams to knock each other out.

That's correct. They even mentioned that this year is the first time ever 4 teams from one conference were all in the same bracket which guarantees a team from the $ec will make the finals (probably ou I hate to say).

If we cant beat them Saturday, we're certainly not going to beat them twice in the finals if we even get there.

Not necessarily true given the bracket cross over. Whoever loses between Texas Tech and UCLA will end up in Bracket 1 with 3 of the SEC teams.

Whoever loses between Texas and OU will switch over to Bracket 2.
