We turned the ball over UMPTEEN times and at the same time, we all went cold from the floor.

I lost count on how many shots Johnson threw up there and missed. Sometimes, there was no point in the rest of the team going up the court. He just kept firing away

Poorly coached team. Throw up bad shots instead of running an offense, constant turnovers, and consistently lacking fundamentals. Not boxing out on the last shot of the game and allowing that offensive rebound is a perfect example.
