Confirmed hires as of 11/30:

Kiffin to LSU
Golesh (USF) to Auburn
Silverfield (Memphis) to Arkansas
Sumrall (Tulane) to Florida

Tim Beck was also fired from CCU.
Franklin to Va Tech

Technically, Kiffin isn’t confirmed - but they’re probably just waiting for the ink to dry

Kiffen is trying to put the blame on Ole Miss for not letting him finish out the season. This is 100% his decision. If you want to finish the historic season then finish what you started and don't leave. I appreciate Sark more and more when I see things like this.

Early signing is coming up this week, then transfer portal in January. Because of the calendar, I don't think it's reasonable to expect Kiffin to coach Ole miss in the playoffs.

Kiffin was released from his duties at Ole Miss Saturday night.

BTW Kiffin is a douche bag for trying to blame Ole Miss for him not coaching the Rebels in the playoff.

Kiffen should be chastised for even thinking it were possible. That smacks of a lack of respect for his former program.

They let him coach, he's a walking advertisement for LSU football. They let him coach, he poaches the roster and the recruiting class.

So if anything, Ole Miss should get credit instead of blame.

I truly don't understand the big deal about Kiffen. He has been a loser at most of the places he's been and has a habit of making poor judgement calls.

I think like Sark his stint with Nick Saban was very useful. He did well enough at Florida Atlantic, and killed it at Ole Miss.

After the egg bowl he claimed he he hadn't decided if he was leaving, and claimed he would pray on it that night. I'm fairly sure he knew he was leaving. On the one hand his answer was convenient, but to me the answer seemed very disingenuous.

He left Tennessee after one year, and that year wasn't great. Tenesee would have been better off without him.

He was at Ole Miss for 4 years, and leaves the program with an historically good run by Ole Miss standards.

Unlike Tennessee, Ole Miss should be thankful for what Kiffin's has done. Ole Miss is a descent football school, but it's not a top tier program. When a school like Ole Miss hires a coach the two most likely outcome are disappointment and firing the coach after about 4 years, or the coach does well enough after about 4 years to get a better opportunity. If you are an Ole Miss fan it's reasonable to be frustrated that Kiffin is leaving , but if they step back they should mostly be happy that Kiffin gave them some great years, and the program is in a much better place then when he arrived.

I'm not sure how he'll do as a head coach, but his track record with receivers is ridiculous. Hope this helps us when recruiting top notch receivers who are also interested in OSU. I wonder if any of the receivers who were committed to OSU would change their commitments or portal out because he left on Signing Day.....

Great hire for them. Hartline is a great coach.

I would have preferred if he stayed with aggy, seeing how inept their offense has been against us, but oh well

I'm glad he's gone. He's good and I have to admit it. They put up good numbers this year and took advantage of his QB's talents and skills.

The best OCs are now HCs, IMO. Let them have to fill the job. My first thought would be Petrino. lol
