Only American citizens are owed due process of the law. If you are in the US illegally, you are subject to deportation at anytime.
Only libtards complain about about dangerous thugs, murderers, drug dealers, and rapists being removed from society.

The Johnson-Reed act of 1924 acts to block unchecked quotas of entry from any country and is codified and legal.
There was a ruling after WW2 that prohibited any court from interfering in the executive branch from deporting individuals from this country.

This us why vouchers need to pass in Texas. Will allow parents to choose the best schools for their kids.
