No. 2 Texas (2-0) hosts UTSA (1-1) at 6 p.m. CST Saturday night in DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. Texas opens up as a 33.5 pt favorite.

Texas has beaten Colorado State 52-0 and #10 Michigan 31-12.

UTSA has beaten Kennesaw State 28-16 and lost to Texas State 49-10.

I watched some of that game. UTSA doesn't resemble the team that came to Austin previously. If the Horns play to their standard, this will be a blow out.

I'm hoping we get to see the 3rd string QB play a bit in the next 2 games. Or a walk-on. That would be better.

I know Manning will get some reps but I don't want to see him get hurt in garbage timex2. I wish Sark would have put him in at the end of the Michigan game.

Ewers might play one series in the second half. This’ll be a week to see young guys in the second half. 42-7 at half. Horns win big and easily. Arch has a good second half

I hope you're right, but most teams that come off of an emotional blowout start flat the next game. I'll just be happy with a modest blowout.

That's where Manning could have gotten hurt against that Michigan defense that was already chippy.

That's true, but I'd rather see him get hurt against a team that will prepare him for a playoff run than against a glorified scrimmage. I'd prefer he not get hurt at all but that goes without saying.

and Quinn was as likely as Manning to get hurt on those snaps right?

Perhaps Sark would have dialed up some passes for Arch instead of just handoffs.

For the last three plays? Nope.

My cable company is in a dispute with Disney so I'm receiving ESPN and other select channels now. Guess I'll listen to it old school radio style. 😔
How can we get UT on radio anymore? Next week UT plays on espn+ and I don't have espn+.

Direct TV did the same thing but removed the Disnesy/ABC/ESPN channels. So I switched to Youtube TV and am back in business. I like this better than I liked Direct TV. I also cut my bill in half with that move.

I went to the YouTube TV website. They’re offering a 10 day free trial period.
