It seems to me that he's an above average coach, so a high floor, unfortunately for Pen State his cieling seems to be about 10 wins mostly behind osu and michigan.

This is kinda what I was getting at. Double digit wins with the occasional big game win/upset seems pretty reasonable to me for Penn St. Gotta give Franklin credit for at least winning most of the games he's supposed to against the rest of the B10, less osu and Mich.
Like I said previously, winning games you're supposed to is something we've lacked around here for years...so props where they're due for Franklin.

Yea they have lots of starters out but it would not matter. They still get whipped with the team they fielded vs Louisville.

Face it the ACC is weak. Go undefeated in crap conference doesnt mean you are in top 4 teams in the nation.

Louisville should not be top 20. USC, 7-4, proved that much already. FSU I might put at 15 because they are undefeated....well atleast for another 30 min or so, but even with Travis I still dont believe they are top 4 team.
