Edit: lol, after researching him, this appears to be a terrible hire. Only two p5 stops and was terrible there. A long time g5 guy with a meh track record. This tells me Elko plans on calling the defense.

Yep seems like a terrible hire, add that to the fact that it took a long time to happen demonstrates a no confidence vote by all of the top assistants that presumably turned down the job. Quite the contrast to Sark, who seems to have no problems attracting top assistants.

Time will tell if Elko is able to turn the aggy ship around, but based on all of the early indicators this probably isn't going to end well for aggy.

I dont get the hype with this guy. He looked like a crying baby in the Big 12 Championship game. He didnt look like a Heisman candidate to me.
