I think the opposite. Before this period of silence came about, Texas was heads above the rest in his pecking order. Silence, to me, means nothing has changed that.

Most recruits, when they decommit, rarely go back to the school where they were decommitted from.

Per IT, WR Ryan Niblett of Aldine Eisenhower made an unexpected visit to Houston yesterday and is considering a flip.

He didn't inform the Texas staff or a source close to him that he was making the trip.

He's still scheduled to be at Texas next weekend.

What?  This makes no sense to me. U of H isn't exactly a great career choice over Texas not when Manning is coming in. This would be a blow to say the least.

Looks like a kid that's either tired or not enthused right there.

With all that said, the way the portal has shaken out this year at the WR position, I'm not concerned about keeping that room filled with talent in the coming years.

I wouldn't think what you feel has any correlation to what's going on in Hill's head, or anything happening behind the scenes. 

If I was a big time recruit trying to secure as much NIL as possible I would wait and see what opportunities came my way. Hopefully he wants to come to TX and TX will not get out bid for his services.

Keep players warm just in case something changes. Saban does home visits either recruits he would not allow to commit at that time. Everyone does it.

Agree, looks like he just had an enema.

He's expected to visit Austin or College Station.

Obviously a great development if he doesn't make it to College Station.
