SignUp Now!Seemed like Warren was being punished for the errant pitch on the reverse. If Beck and Herman think Porter is interchangeable with Warren, they have over estimated their genius. Carter is a better option than Porter at this point.Ok so Warren's not hurt....makes me even more pissed off that he wasn't in when we were in the shadow of our own goal posts. What the hell are our coaches thinking?? I like that we are trying to establish the run, but why not do it with our toughest runner?
See DMac's post just above yours for the answer.Running order has to be Warren, Carter, then Porter. If I can see it why can't someone making 600k+????
Keep these stats comin. Appreciate you posting em... once again we are winning but if we had any kind of offense it's be ugly. I sure thought it'd be the Defense letting us down before season started. Boy was I wrong. Some quick halftime stats.
Warren, Porter, and Carter have combined for 54 yards rushing on 19 carries. Not even 3 yards a carry.
Warren at 3.4 per carry (9 for 31 yards), Carter at 3.5 (2 for 7 yards), and Porter at 2.0 (8 for 16 yards).
Collin Johnson with 0 catches in the first half. That's zero.
Carter with 2 reception. The only Texas player with more than 1.
Shane is 10-13 for 108 yards and 1 TD pass and a QB rating of 172.1 in the first half.Keep these stats comin. Well, they have held ISU to only 127 total yards and 3.5 yards per play so far. It's not the defense that showed up at USC, but they have definitely played well enough so our anemic offense can slowly build a lead.
Shameful.Some quick halftime stats.
