I may have missed but I never saw Casey Martin, the Oregon coach, shake Beau's hand on the first tee. Coach Fields made sure to shake the Oregon's players hand. 

Remember that he's handicapped.

Perhaps he was in his golf cart following the first pairing? Who knows...

Gavin Hall not having his best day on the putting greens. Has now lost 5 holes in a row, 4 down through 12. Other 3 matches are all pretty close so far

Match 1 is pretty much over. Hall 4 down with 4 to play.

That would put Oregon up 2-0, and we would need to win all 3 remaining matches

Match 2 not over yet, but Scheffler up 3 through 12.

Match 3 - Hossler conceded

Match 4 - Funk all square

Match 5 - Ghim 1 down, but this match has been back and forth through that front nine and could go either way

Match 4 - Oregon with a wonderful chip in for birdie on 12 to take the lead

Match 1 is now over. Yi from Oregon wins 4&3. Oregon now up 2-0

Needing to win the remaining 3, Scheffler is up 3 while Funk and Ghim are both down 1

Match 2 - Wise sinks a 30 ft birdie much to the crowd's approval, but Scheffler matches and keeps it at 3 up.

Scheffler has 6 birdies and 1 bogey today, but Wise still within shooting distance

Matches 4 and 5 are now all square!!!!! Texas golfers picking up some momentum down the back 9, now we need to keep it

Match 2 is over! Scheffler takes down individual national champion Aaron Wise 4&3 to get a point for Texas.

Oregon leads 2-1.

Match 4 (Funk) is all square on the 15th
