Chip Brown just said that Strong is giving Cumbie until Tuesday to decide.

Strong's may also be meeting with Sterling Gilbert, as soon as tonight. All depending on Cumbie

He also said no update on Clint Hurtt. The Nfl season seems to have it all at a stand-still

The Longhorns finished 85th nationally in scoring offense in 2015 (26.1 ppg) and 108th in 2014 (21.4 ppg). Following last season, Strong opted not to retain wide receivers coach Les Koenning and tight ends coach Bruce Chambers. If Watson, Wickline and Robinson leave Texas, no one from Strong's initial offensive staff will remain.

Excellent.  Yeah, someone on the shag rode on a flight to Houston with Chris Vaughn this morning, and Higdon reported that the staff was meeting with Elliot today.
