Hmm...I worked a Celina game this past fall, too.

Nathan Elliott is a good player, for sure, but he isn't nearly the athlete that Locksley is. He'd be a good back-up plan, too, if we get desperate for QB competition. Maybe Raulerson can help recruit him.

At 15 years old, he was already 6'2, 185.

Bench presses 305 lbs and, at one point at least, he clocked a 4.52 40

That's awesome. Six-lane tracks are a beat down.

Yea, you guys take your shots. lol

That track used to host the ET regionals, and that was when it was a cinder track (which is what is was when I was there). It was one of the best tracks around back in the day.

On the stadium, can't believe they'd need one. They replaced the one I played in (wooden) with a metal stadium. I doubt they ever sell it out again as their numbers are heading south fast.

Daingerfield used to be a very wealthy district. They once tried to float a bond for a new HS and athletic complex. But half the town said just pay for it (which they could have) while the other half wanted the bond. The issue failed and no school or complex was ever built. The HS there is now just a refurbished version of the one built back in the '60s.
