I stayed clear of it for years. Recently got one. Do not regret it. This is going to sound really... I don't know cocky, but I follow a ton of people and pages so my main complaint is when I do retweet or reply to someone and a ton of people favorite it, it blows my phone up and it is beyond annoying. I got to turn off notifications on my phone. The other day I replied to someone and I got well over 200 favorites and retweets and it wouldn't stop.

Have to agree, I got one just for recruiting news. That is annoying but it's a far less hassle to have Twitter then flip back and forth to get sports news on different websites constantly. Also other people that would be in the know in regards to certain topics bring news to you that you might have missed.
