247 says Brown left his visit to Texas early, and is back home in Burton.

The coaches did not know this was coming

They would not have used an OV if they had

However, Chip and Bobby both saying something was expected

As mentioned above, Higs had previously said to expect a decommit or two

In a chat, he was asked if Brown was one of the players he meant.

He replied "Yes, again this was needed for both sides."

As far as I know, those #Let'sRide tweets were from Jan 3 (Clarington & irvin)

Brossette and Boyd both retweeted that Jan 3 one today.  Dunno if it was a coded message or not.

The Scout guys are saying he didn't come for his official this weekend. Sounds like the staff and Brown worked it out before the visit.

There has been some suggestion on TOS that the issue for Brown is neither actually Brown nor UT.

Higdon is now saying Brown came in on a visit on Friday, but not Saturday. No specification if it was an official or unofficial visit.
