In advance of their inaugural season in the Southeastern Conference, the Texas Longhorns have officially sold out of season and individual game tickets for the 2024 season, Texas Athletics announced on Tuesday.
“We can’t wait to begin the upcoming season,” said Chris Del Conte, Vice President and Folger Family Athletics Director. “In 11 days, 100,000+ Longhorns fans will return to the Forty Acres to begin a new era of Texas Athletics in our inaugural season in the Southeastern Conference. We thank Longhorn Nation for their never-ending support of the Burnt Orange and White and look forward to welcoming everyone back to DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium.”
In addition to the home-season sellout at Darrell K. Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium, this year’s Red River Rivalry game against the Oklahoma Sooners is officially sold out. The game, scheduled for October 12 at 2:30 p.m, will be held at the Cotton Bowl with both Texas and Oklahoma facing each other for the first time as SEC member schools.
